Thinking about sending my Citizen Eco Drive diver off to them to get a sapphire crystal installed. Came with mineral crystal and would just like the upgrade. My understanding is they are an authorized service center for Citizens so everything should be to factory spec, including WR testing. Their site says a crystal change should be $25-$99 which is reasonable. But they couldn’t confirm price when I reached out, said they’d need to see the watch. Have any of you used them? Any comments or concerns?
