I need to time meetings and be given a five minute warning followed by an end alarm, and I want the alarm to be silent for others in a room (just felt on my arm). I will need to be able to reset this quickly. Ideally at least two easy select pre-set alarms, one 15min/5min, and one 40min/5min. Ideas? I know they make something that might work for folks with ADHD but nothing with style I can appreciate. Casio might be OK but dress or diver watches would be better. Any good looking stainless cased watches you know about? Thanks

Eh I hate to suggest this but maybe a smart watch? I doubt there's any mechanical watch that lets you set two alarms at minute intervals like that. Heck you can get an app to text you messages so your Apple Watch vibrates or something.

ugh yeah I know. It's probably a really slick and reasonable answer to my needs. I'm open to quartz though and not really expecting a mechanical will be able to do this.

Both Timex and Casio offer watches with vibration alarm, but not as advanced as your requirement.
