Can anyone help me ID and maybe estimate the value of this Omega? It’s for a senior citizen. I know Gshocks but I don’t know much about Omegas so can’t advise her on it.

If you look at the ‘sticky’ posts at the top of the forum page, there’s one about valuations not being given here. The general advice is to look for similar watches on other sites to get an idea of worth.

Yeah, the best way to judge value is look for mid 60's Seamasters on Ebay (look at the SOLD auctions).

that model came out around 1960, within a couple years either way
it is a "front loader" and requires a stem separation to access the movement that comes out the front
I had a stainless version of that years ago, was a nice watch, no issues
