Hey all,

I'm trying to confirm the make of this Tiffany Pocket Watch, with split second chronograph for horse race lap timing.

Manufactured somewhere between 1890 - 1915, marked only as Tiffany on the dial, and the inner protective case.

Serial number: 111XXX
18K Gold

Current research points to Patek Philippe as the original manufacturer, but we would like to confirm. As the watch needs service, it would be ideal to send it directly to Patek, instead of going through Tiffany.

You all are marvelous! Thanks for the help.

I'm going to try and get it to a Patek dealer to authenticate and get a quote for service.

Do you all have a ballpark figure on repairs for a watch of this type, age, and considering that it might have damaged parts inside?

Had the watch looked at today. Found out it was enameled under the dial "PPco," strong indicator that it's Patek. Serial would date it to roughly 1900-1905.

Looks like half of the pallet fork was broken, and lost. So we don't really have an easy way to repair it.

Cool
Patek of course can/would repair it.
I also have a watch repairer on East Coast USA that 'probably' can do it?
