Something strong and rugged.

Something that goes with casual or smart clothing.

Something that can be used for diving.

An Omega Seamaster maybe.

I would have to say what ever the producers gave me. :) If you are talking the pretend world and I was REALLY James Bond, again, it would be what ever my bosses gave me. Remember, they have to install the gadgets in them. Plus, I am James Bond, I would never have to BUY a watch, they would be given to me :-d

Smurfe :)

A CWC military issue dive watch. He wore a military dive watch in the books after all - just they were made by Rolex back in the late 50s.

If I am right James Bond is a fiction so I´d go for the Golden Bling.

Breitling Aerospace:

- Ridiculously accurate
- Rugged
- Every complication you could ever want (chrono, countdown, GMT, etc.)
- Lightweight
- Looks good with almost anything
- Easy to use
- Good water resistance (down to 100 meters at least - good enough for most super-spy water work)

The Brietling Emergency might be better technically, but it doesn't look quite as nice :)

And I own the 'Bond Watch' so I'm not biased :)

The bond watch is very nice, any of the watches he's actually worn in the books/movies. Otherwise I'd want something custom made with cool gadgets :)

Re: UN Blue Surf

As much as I love this watch (which probably cost more than most of my 7 boats), I think its probably not traditional enough, and maybe a little flashy for Bond.

First time I saw that watch (on this forum) my jaw dropped.
