Well, it's really a cheap heart rate monitor I've had for years. The plastic case broke where the strap attaches. Goodbye, old friend.

How do you dispose of broken old watches with no value?

I toss them into the garbage.

Depends on how bad you hate it... There's always the garbage disposal. Once done there's no turning back!!

Take out the battery and recycle it through you local watch guy save any useful parts (springbars) and chuck the rest.That's my best advice.Or give it to a watchless homeless guy so he can get to the mission on time for soup and a bed.
