The second looks like a Chinese duplex to me, but that's a wild guess based on the sweep second hand(which, incidentally, should "jump" at 1 second intervals on a true Chinese duplex) and the shape of the bridges.

The first looks like a generic Swiss right angle lever.

As said, better photos would help tremendously.
