I remember few months ago finding a watch my dad/me kinda own. And I noticed it stopped (of course never wound it for over 4 years) so I tried winding it... and it's stuck. Not sure if stainless steel can rust but it seems like it did. I did try to force it with my SOG Powerlock...... but I think I broke my multitool's 2 front bumps... So today I thought about it and I'm posting it today. The case back seems flat.

Don't do anything yourself. Take it to a watchmaker. This will prevent you from doing any damage to the watch, and he will be the most recommended person to lead you the way to get it working.
