I got this today but with a black dial.( the blue dial looked nice but I thought I should have the correct watch up) The bracelet is too long.I will have it sized. It is 29 mm wide by 40.5 mm long and12 mm( my apologies it stands a Proud 14 mm) thick with a lug width of 16 mm.

Well, I have been wanting a white dial diver for a while. It has been hard to find one that I think would work. Most are either too small or too expensive. So I settled on a Phoibos Proteus.. It llooks to have good dimensions and good lund and a general overall good, chunky look like I want. I am a little bit worried that it will be too yellowish, and I also hope the shininess of the rest of the watch counteirs the matte graininess of the dial.

I have the Leviathan and love it. Phoibos has a 15% valentines sale on at the moment, so in the end I think it is about €275, and hopefully it will get by customs into Europe. At any rate, it is a price I felt like I could take a slight risk on.I think a Zelos Hammerhead would probably be a bit more ideal in terms of what I am looking for, but it would have cost more than twice as much and I just do not think they are worth it. We shall see…

BTW, searching on this forum is a real PIA. Or maybe I just don’t know how to do it right, but I have tried six different ways from Sunday to search for pictures of it on the forum. Or even a general Phoibos thread..
