Helping a friend who owns it. I know watches, but not vintage pocket watches.

What can you tell me about this small Omega watch?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
Any idea of value?

I don't know about Omega pocket watches in particular, but from what I know about antique pocket watches, the movements were often sold to firms who made the cases, so if you're really interested in the history of the watch you may want to look at hallmarks in the case and research where it was made, and possibly identify who made it. Sometimes manufacturers both sold movements and cased some themselves - a practice that continued on into early wrist watches - and collectors tend to prefer those cased at the factory unless the case was made by a famous jeweler.
