Hi, another newbie here. I'm looking into buying a new watch. I like the look of Ingersoll. Has anybody got any experience with one of those? I know they've got a Chinese movement.

Hmmm,

Not the ones I've seen. They're probably not too original but I like the look of them. A jeweler in Den Haag where I live sells them with a two year warranty.

Thanks for the information. Very usefull. The jeweler I went to had some good looking modells. And they're affordable. The most expensive modell cost round about 250 euros. The lady I talked to in the shop was very upfront about the quality and the movement. She told me right away about the movement being Chinese. I am a newbie so this might be nice starter for me. But I'm looking at other things as well. Might decide to spend just a bit more. Maybe an Archimede...
