Correct me if I am wrong, but these came out in 2011? If so, how come to this day, this model is fairly easy to find (brand new) if it was limited to only 2000 pieces? Does anyone know the story behind this or this model just did not sell very well?

Or maybe Oris made '2000' pieces every year? If anyone knows, please tell!

I assume that you mean the black faced Cenote watch? I ask this because CC and Oris have a long history together and the Cenote is the third CC LE.
The total number made is 2,000 and I think the reason that they are still available is down to the price. They are a relatively high end chrono at a relatively high end price (IMHO) so they've not exactly flown off the shelves. Some of the LEs are better looking and a little less expensive (again in my opinion) and as a result have sold a lot faster.
