I was told to post this to the Vintage watch foum. OK I have this one in transit, I like the look, and can't wait to put it on a NATO band if it will fit. These are my observations would like to get some input so we can all learn. Firstly looks like a redial, the lumin markers seem to current for a 1950s watch. Hopeing its luminous when I get it. The crown looks off, I had a similar one on my old Omega bumper from the 50s, but I've seen various vintage omegas with similar plain crowns. It appears to be a 420 calibre, which was one of the calibres used in the old seamasters. The case back is weird, it seemed to be marked 2887-2, however 2887-2 SC is a screw in back for a 1950s constellation (There is a whole seperate argument about 1950s screwback watches which were apparently faily rare). So initially I am thinking 1) this was a military watch, but the hands are off (I saw similar hands on a WW2 UK officer watch but thats a calibre I30T2SC and probably a bigger diameter. 2) So I was thinking maybe it was a seamaster and got a new dial and back. Then I thought what if the caseback was 2667-2 and then 3) I found this Vintage Watch: - Other - OMEGA CK 2667 | OMEGA US® (omegawatches.com) same calibre, screw in back and similar hands and case. Looking forward to my Omega windup military watch lookalike.

Actually looks similar to this original Omega watch, which has a similar dial, case and back, crown and the same movement so this watch might just be classed as a redial? Omega Stainless Steel ref 2667-1 circa 1952 (wannabuyawatch.com)
Yes, it's a ref 2667 (as indicated in the case-back) and a re-dial.

Great makes me feel better an omega 2667 with redial !!!
As Dan said and why would you put it on a nato strap? It's a dress watch. Not a military one

Well the hour font and hands to me suggested military, yes it does not have the 24 hour script and the lum might be a bit small, also reminded me of the WWII and after Pilot Watches.
