The summary - similar quality, unfortunately the rotor and the movement itself don't display many details, but Seiko looks very good to me

Man, the edge on that 12 o'clock indice looks deadly!

Did that hair/scratch/fiber in the second to last picture come with the watch or fall on later? It seems so out of place on the otherwise seemingly sterile movement.

Imho it's a scratch, I guess during the watch assembly

They're actually solid watches for the money . The NH35a movt is handwindable and hacks. The case lends itself well to modification if desired

I'm impressed. Invicta pulls one through with Seiko's help. I don't own a watch with 4r movement but I wouldn't hesitate.

Yeah, modding might be the best use for these, IMO. I've got a few sitting around, in various stages of the process.
