I'd be interested in knowing if others here have had similar issues with their so called 1 year warranty.

I have heard story after story after story of the bad customer service at Invicta. I know they are very busy after selling over 1,000,000 watches
last year but if I treated my customers like I hear that they do you guys would have hung me years ago !
You may need to speak louder or file complaints other than the watch boards.
