Hello.

Found out about the forum about a week ago. I'm watch lover, but not too crazy :D
Recently I bought this Roamer watch, the thing is:
1. I cant find any other model like that in internet.
2. I have written email to the company. What the answer was is - The watch is authentic, collectable and circa 1920-50.
3. Mechanism is original MST 413, there is a stamp.
What I want to know is - more info about the watch and about what it is worth?

Try the advanced search feature in eBay and look for SOLD watches. You may not find the exact model, but look for comparable examples.

Ok, sorry, didn't know I cant evaluate here. Still want to know more about it. I wouldn't wear it - its too small for me.
I have never found a single picture to even be close to this one. Most common thing I can see are indexes and arrows. Looking like "seaking" or something similar.

The watch looks genuine butI don`t think it has any real collectability or value.`The "r" logo wasn`t introduced until 1966 so It`s either a 60`s or 1970`s piece.

Limelightwas a name given to a range of dress style watches by Roamer-most seemed to have been in gold-plated and occasionally solid gold cases.
Most that I`ve seen were usually manual wind (no date) rather than automatics s this allowed a slimmer movement for a dressier look .
I think some quartz versions were produced too.
Obviously those with solid gold cases increases the value of that particular piece.

Don’t pay too much attention to the indexes, the position of the Roamer logo etc as these are variable.
Roamer weren’t big on using model names so this is a typical mid range piece. Date wise it would be 1967 to 1971 I would say. The 413 was out of production by 1972.
