Can some kind soul help me with things like hands dial is it legit?
Has it been polished alot?

It seems to luminous for the age at least to my eyes they would have used tritium or radium?

It is legit but it is not from the 1940s. The dial is either aftermarket or badly redone and the hands are either aftermarket or badly redone and are from another watch. It looks like a Speedking from the 1960s and yes, it has had a LOT of polishing in its life.

If the watch were from the 1940's, then any lume would have been radium. Have you seen how radium lume deteriorates in 80 years?

Model 2280. It may very well be from the late 1940s or early 50s. The bracelet is from way later on (Mid-1970s). The dial and hands are still badly re-done. Its only a 30mm watch so it will be really small compared to modern pieces.
