Is This a Redial?

I saw this Omega for sale. I have not seen a dial like this before.
Questions:
1. Is this a redial?
2. Is this from 1950s?

Probably a redial, but the photo makes it difficult to say. It looks like this has a waffle or "hobnail" dial and the printing on those are often wonky. The design itself doesn't totally disqualify it imho.
