Hello there.

My father just showed me this... can someone please tell me if this is legit?

One thing I noticed is that the "crown" has 3 different positions: i) one for the day ; ii) one for the hours/minutes ; iii) a third position that screws the "crown" in place, blocking it from turning.

For what I was able to see, it is in good condition! The only thing I noticed was that although the "second hand" does work, its movement is not 100% steady! Do you think it is worth servicing?

Thanks in advance.

António.

It's a fake. It's a GMT style without the GMT hand, the dial is horrible and Rolex never used "stars", the caseback is all wrong, the crown shouldn't have the 3 dots on it. It should be a straight line.
The clasp is a rough copy as well. The clasp coronet shouldn't fade as it did. I could go on.....

EDIT - I guess I should say it's more of a SUB copy with a GMT bezel

Thanks guys!

Well... now I have to "break" two things... i) the bad news to my father... ii) the watch itself :)

Thank you once again.

António.
