Typical watch of the late 1950s, 1960s. Plated brass case with stainless steel back. Somehow rare, yes. But not very valuable as it is in bad overall condition.

Cant quite see whether the case is gold-plated base metal or SS/silver plated brass -
either way so much wear n tear on a generic 1950's-60's ignoble swiss watch
If it aint rare it should be ;)

It'd be a good one to learn how to fix. Clean and oil it, relume the hands, gold plate the case after straightening that lug and put in a new crystal. Make it look good again. It's the perfect project watch.

Could be a good fixer-upper project.

Looks like it has potential to be a nice watch.

Are you looking for adjectives for a sales listing on eBay? Then yes.
Are you looking to establish value? Then no one cares what name is on the dial, it’s not valuable to a watch collector.
It might be worth something to a crafter of steampunk-themed jewelry?
