Ever since first I saw its ad on a magazine inside the airplane, I just fell in love instantly.

We've been together through many occasions, I have worn it mostly on good times.

Whenever I see its dial, I feel it smiles back to me.

:thanks

The 'old' Chronomat was/is a great watch.

Here is mine:

The pictures aren't super, I know.

My next one is a Navi or a Blackbird, 'old' type ... :-!

Updating my old thread by taking picture with gold themed friends.

Watch Analog watch Watch accessory Fashion accessory Jewellery

I bought new for chronomat 20 years ago in late twenties and for cartier 18 years ago.

As one grows older, watch becomes vintage, too.

Mine is a little younger... I was surprised to learn that Chronomat was Breitling best seller, not the famous navitimer...

Anyways, here it says hi to his seniors.

Modern Breitlings don't suit me, Navitimer excepted, I love the early Chronomats and I have 4 of them in various colours:

- 81950 stainless steel riders/crown/pushers, grey face and dials, brushed case
- 81950 18ct riders/crown/pushers, grey face with black dials, brushed case, Rouleaux bracelet
- B13050 18ct riders/crown/pushers, maroon face with gold dials, polished case
- B13050 GT 18ct riders/crown/pushers, blue face with gold dials, polished case, Rouleaux bracelet

I know I have too many watches and will be selling some, probably the Chopard and the Oris, and I know 1 or 2 of the Chronomats should go but it is impossible to choose which !

A great modern yet contemporary looking piece.

I've found myself looking to add another later model (90's) chronomat to the collection.

I need to quit reading this board. Thanks to this thread I just picked up a B13050.1, pics in a few days.
Thanks fellas, I'm loving all the classic pics! When does a watch become "vintage"?
