Hello,
I have had this Mechanical Winding Jaquet Girard, 18K Gold for quite some time now and research on the net has revealed very less about this particualar model.
This was gifted to an uncle of mine by the King of a certain country sometime between 1945-1965.
I would like to know certain details of this watch and if anyone else has a similar watch.

Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the forum. I can say little except that the watch is probably from the fifties or sixties and probably has a generic movement. As such, it is of little value over and above the gold content. If you can prove beyond doubt that the watch was given as a present by a king, that would raise its value but that would be somewhat difficult - inscriptions are easily made.

Jaquet Girard are or were located in Biel and have no connection with the more famous Girard-Perregaux.
