Jomashop Return

I returned a watch to Jomashop and it was delivered on June 11th, according to USPS tracking. So far, total silence from them - no emails, nothing. Don't they normally send an email when they've got the item? I'm getting concerned at it was over $1,000.

This is typical of their customer service. In general they are not very friendly at all. They do have good discount but if you expect excellent service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

As of your return, they normally wait until their inspection of the watch is complete before sending you an acknowledgment.

I've returned 7 watches to Jomashop for refund in the last 4 years, always because I decided I didn't like them or they were too big. I have never had a single problem. It usually takes about 7-10 days to get the refund once the watch is returned.
I've never once had a problem in all my dealings with Jomashop -- their customer service is brusque but who cares? They have saved me thousands and thousands of dollars over the years on some great watches.
