What’s the average wait for their free shipping to a USA address? I want my watch in less than ten days. Should I pay extra for their expedited shipping service?
Thanks.

I suggest emailing them to confirm they actually have the item you want in stock. I've only ever ordered one watch from them, and at that time their website listed it as in stock. It still took them two weeks to actually ship it out, which makes me think they actually had to source it. I've read of others who have had a similar issue. Worth checking with them before placing the order. I can't speak to their standard free shipping speed.

They have a chart in the shipping faq that shows it based on your state - the farther you are from the Northeast, the longer it takes - go onto their main page, scroll to the bottom and click on shipping. Interestingly, two day shipping is the same cost to any state and pretty cheap I think.

If you absolutely need it by a certain date I would highly recommend paying for expedited shipping. It's the only way you'll have anything close to a guarantee. I've purchased a couple of times from Joma and they are a good seller but the last watch I purchased did not ship for 9 days after I ordered it (it was a Tudor). Not a big deal to me but could wreck your plans if needed for something specific.

I bought only one from JS and the only delay was them actually shipping it. If I remember I ordered on a friday, weekends don't count and I believe it shipped on wednesday so...maybe 3 days to physically get it enroute and 2 days for travel time (living in NYC didn't seem to make a difference in shipping time)

First a call. Expedited shipping means nothing if they don't have it in their hands to ship. BTW, there have been a few threads here by members who asserted they received empty packages (watchbox empty or missing entirely) from Jomashop (IIRC, via UPS) and that their claim was refused. Some posters in these threads suggested video recording from the time you take in the package until it is fully opened. Expedited shipping might better protect against this issue, if in fact there is such an issue.

I'm wondering how long it takes actually to ship to Ireland. I was just about to order a watch a few months ago from this shop, but I changed my mind after reading lots of negative reviews. I literally cancelled the order when checking out. When you buy from outside of the EU your options to get a refund are very limited.

The prices are good but if you add import duties and VAT then you can frequently find comparable deals in the EU.

In the past I ordered just one watch from Ashford and received in one week. I also ordered something from a microbrand and it also took exactly a week to deliver. Needless to say I paid extra charges before delivery but it wasn't that bad.

Thanks for all the helpful comments.

The watch is for my dad, who is leaving in a few days. He bought this crappy Tommy Hilfiger watch at the airport a couple of weeks ago and it’s already not working. I found him a nice citizen Eco drive that he will love. Ended up getting it from Amazon, and it’s gonna cost me $25 less than it would’ve from Jomashop. And it’s arriving tomorrow.
