I am having a bad experience with joma shop. bought two high end watches, one showed minor signs of wear and was not wrapped and came in mismatched boxes, the other has a defect in the band but appears new otherwise. i requested return authorization numbers but they havent issued them, they said their vendor requested photos. anyone have thoughts on how to deal with this problem

Tell them you are not satisfied with your purchase due to those reasons and you would like a refund minus shipping costs as outlined in their purchase and return policies. You can always try your credit card company as well.

You'll have to eat the shipping costs but it is the lesson learned to do your research on dealers before buying from them (there are a LOT of reports on these issues with Jomashop). Then make sure you post your experiences online so that others who do search can make an informed decision.

Sorry about the problems.

The infamous Jomashop. You might want to read this thread from the Watchdeals section:

Jomashop Sucks

If you run a search of the forum, You'll find plenty of posts discussing this outfit. You are probably better off returning the watches, getting your money back and shopping elsewhere.
