I guess you did a Google Search? That's one I've never seen.
I suggest a watchmaker...not a jewelery store, a watch repair shop, not a kiosk in a mall...A real watch repair shop.

Kelbert was founded in 1938 in New York, imported watches and parts from CH to the US.

No contradiction. Kelbert, New York, 5th Avenue, imported swiss made watches. Google for old ads. There are some on ebay.ie currently.

There are several options for a restoration. I would try to find a watchmaker well versed in vintage restorations. Personally I like and use Spencer Klein at Klein Vintage Watch Repair in Fort Collins, Colorado. I have also had work done at MCWW and I understand that Jack at IWC does some pretty nice work.Guys here will chime in with other ideas. Jmho.
