I recently purchased a rare silver-faced Ball "dress" Trainmaster from the late 50's. It is running quite fast and wondered who I should trust with resetting the timing. I'm not sure if a normal jeweler/watch store would be able to properly do this. Any ideas where I should send this? This is a 21 jewel, adjusted 5 positions Swiss movement with hacking feature.

How fast is "quite fast"?

Could just be magnetized, and a simple demagnetizer would bring it back into acceptable accuracy
