This is my very first WUS posting and I appreciate any help. I'm trying to figure out how to work the two lower left settings
on my LeCoultre Art Deco Clock. I believe the F/S is to modulate the accuracy of the time by fast or slow but when I look
inside the smiley face cut out there is nothing to see. Also, I have no idea what the slider is above it.

And is there anything you can tell me about the clock, which is stamped "2002" on the bottom. Circa 1950-ish?

The clock without the stand is about 3 1/2" square.

Thank you for any assistance.
