Without pictures of the movement and all the relevant markings (found on the inner side of the case back)- not much. The tritium markings would suggest a date of manufacture after 1960. Something worries me about that dial, but I can't quite put a finger on it. Could just be the pictures, but the font looks slightly iffy.
Go to Google Images and type in Lecoultre valjoux 72, and you will see a gazillion photos, which will help you determine authenticity. The case you show in your photos appears to be pretty heavily polished, but then again there is a lot of glare in the photos.
