Casio Sales and Service is a site many on this forum have used to pressure test / repair watches and order parts for discontinued watches. I think it should be a-ok. :-! Also, what a solid deal! Good find.
Hi NewG you don't say where you are in your sig :-s It helps us to know where you are.
I have been to casio sales and service a couple of times to look at several G Shocks and bought a couple there and ordered one over the phone for my son as I could not get there in time. They are located in Huntington Beach Ca and have been very helpful to me when asking questions and showing me G Shocks brought from the back. They are not set up for walk in business but will help folks that walk in.
They get there stock from Casio USA so they don't normally get the Japan only G Shocks. Sometimes they do, so it never hurts to call them.
I didn't experience with the site you mentioned. All websites are look like legitimate .So it is hard to tell whether it is legit or scam.If you are not sure or have any doubts whether the website can be trusted then exit from the site and take your time to investigate further into the website .To check a site is legit or scam you can check user reviews, feedback, problems, responses and rating about the site by the Google search. To check the website is secure, use the site Webutation.net ,you will get more information about the website.Get the "whois" information from Whoisxy.com to know the administrative contact, technical contact etc.
