Somehow, Seiko, apart from the "sports" and "superior" models, and Citizen equip their 5 and 7 watches with 4 o'clock crowns most of the time, at least from what I've seen. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? Anyway, let's see regular 5s and 7s with 3 o'clock crowns! I have this one:
BTW the crown in this model (SNKL05) isn't wobbly like the one on my SNK805 "flieger", maybe because the bigger crown sits better. It's also a bit better finished.
PS: Yeah, I've said that the 5 logo could look better, but it's actually well designed and physically well made (a combination of polished and matte surfaces makes the logo really stands out).
