Can't figure out if this belongs in a sub forum, mods pls move if need be...

I have a Casio G shock analog digital, but the hands don't glow long enough in the dark. I want to be able to see the time at the end of the movie!

I want something that is very light, waterproof, fairly rugged. The casio almost fits the bill. Don't suggest re lumeing it, not an option.

I used to have a $30 Timex expedition that had the indiglo light, and that worked fairly well, I did hate the band, but watch wasn't bad.

I would consider tritium hands as well.

Price is not as important to me as functionality. thanks.

The Breitling Aerospace is titanium, so very lightweight. You could wear it on a strap to make it even lighter. It has a backlight for the LCD that will let you see the time in the dark, and it's one of the only high accuracy quartzes with multifunctions (I think all the others are Breitlings as well).

Given the cost, indiglo is one of the better illumination methods. The Timex Expedition Combo is a lightweight resin case with 100M water resist. I swapped the band to a tan Nato.

The Baby-G that i have has an UV light which, when activated makes the hands glow for ages even with only 2 second exposure. They also charge on regular sun/light but not as much. Haven't seen any other Caios with such feature...

Have worn this watch Expedition Resin Combo | Timex for many years getting it at walmart for like $30. When battery ran out of bracelet broke, just got another one. Then changed to a G shock because of reviews.

Am looking at breitling aerospace, but that is a lifetime supply of the timex.

Baby G is too small for me.

That's very true, the price isn't justified in a strictly utilitarian sense. But the quality is in another league. That model has been around for a while in various iterations; you might try looking at getting one of the older models used.
