I do not see these come up for sale very often! I was lucky enough to nab one a few years ago and have worn it here and there as part of a big rotation while I was waiting for my 36mm Rolex Explorer.
1957 Longines All-Guard ref 9006
Case measures 35.2 mm not including the signed crown x 43 mm lug tip to lug tip, rare black dial with silver markers (original with some aging), acrylic crystal, 17-jewel caliber 19AS automatic movement (keeping good time, service history unknown), serial number dates this to ca 1957, on an 18mm Veblenist 'Balboa' vintage stitch calfskin strap in short length (perfect match imo). Also pairs nicely with the 18mm Fluco charcoal suede and the 18mm Crocodile Grain Calf on stainless deployant (included FREE). The case back is signed LONGINES and stamped "Water-Guard, Shock-Guard, Life-Guard, and Synchro-Guard" (aka "All-Guard").
I think this watch is pretty awesome and very all-purpose. Anyone looking for a Conquest need look no further. If I did not have my new Explorer (and an itch for some golf gear), I would not be looking to sell! Please let me know if any questions. See photos for general cosmetic condition.
Thanks!
