I like that! I see they still sell new bands for those. I'd like to see a pic when you get the new crystal and band on it! Ron

ya i found the band on ofrei but im not sure the case # so i cant search for the crystal. Any ideas? I may have to wait till after the holidays and get someone to open it.

Any round crystal the right diameter will work, it may be cheaper to get a local watch maker to replace it. If he has a supply of crystals, he should have one to fit.

If the crystal isn't chipped or cracked then you can buff it up to look like new again. sand crystal with fine sandpaper no courser than 400 grit to get the larger scratches out. then polish it up with toothpaste and or brasso. There are some tutorials out there with different directions that will work also.

I was planning on just polishing it untill i got it yesterday and found a huge chip and crack that the seller failed to mention. Ill just have it replaced when i get it serviced.
