My previously drowned and presumed dead DW-004, looking in fine fettle with a brand new battery and on a 6900-series resin strap!

All buttons respond, light is strong, but it needs a new seal before I'll let it near any water - the old one is stretched (somehow) and is presumably the cause of the leaks before.

Anyway, it feels like I've got both an old friend back and a new watch for free!

p.s. pack of 5 CR-2016 batteries for only £3.16 at play.com - bargain!

Ooooo spezzzial ;-). Good job man, I brought a G back to life a few months ago, brought a tear to my eye, bless their tactile little resin buttons...

Outstanding! That's one good looking "restored" G-Shock.....:-d
