I tried doing a search for a review of the BC4 chronograph but came up empty handed. A lot of talk about the BC4 flight timer but not the chrono. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Or if you have one, could you share your thoughts and maybe some pics?

Thanks,

Fernando

Hi Fernando, I have the BC4 Blue Eagles LE and if the chrono is anything like it, get one!
Only the DLC coated one is 45mm (the steel versions are 42.7mm which may suit your wrist). ETA 7750 movement, very tried and tested.
The DLC coating is fantastic and the steel is brushed to perfection.

Let us know what you get. Certainly Friends Of Oris think it is a great timepiece.

Thanks for your input. The size is actually one of my concerns but not that big of a deal. I like the size of my small seconds diver so I don't know if I'd like the 42.7mm BC4 as much as 45mm one. I just prefer plain metal to the black so I think that rules out the 45mm BC4.

Fernando, I just had a thought....you like the 45mm and steel case....what about the following:

It's 44mm and also a left hooker too but I prefer the pushers on that side of the case anyway. It is a limited edition but to 4118 so there should be a few about.
Looks sweet too.
Let us know what you think.

Hey Fernando, I have the the BC4 small seconds pointer day, (very very similar to the chrono and same size-42.7) I love larger watches and was scared to pull the trigger on this one bc of the smaller size (don't own anything else under 44mm) but in all honesty it wears very large. While it may be only 42.7mm, it feels larger and more like 44mm on the wrist ( I would attribute this partially to the squared style of the case and also the oversized crown) Get one...sweet piece!
