The golden one looks very good.
If only the box was made of metal I'd get one.
Well, maybe I'm still going to get one.
I like this brand, they make decent quality watches and most of their models offer 50M water resistance, which to me is a must.
And now the latest ones have CDT. For the price you can't go wrong.

Well, I just ordered the gold and black versions to compare with the casio AE1200 model they are based on. $12 each on ebay.
Did some digging into the company. They started in 2010 and sell around the world. For sure, they got the initial bad rap for copying many of the Casio G Shock models. They also copy some Euro models as Longines etc.....
Some hate them and some love their cheap price. The Casios cost around $25usd....I thought the case was metal but only ABS plastic. Band is metal. Having fun in the new year with these cheap Chinese products.

Looking forward to a comparison. Be careful though with any water resistance or drop/shock tests, one of them might not fare as well.

I got mine.
The case build is is fine, the printed text on the dial is lower quality that Casio. Bracelet is also not as good and Casio one was already bad. The clasp is horrible! I like the buttons, a lot more responsive
The little radar circle is running a preset animation that changes every second. Dial illumination is glorious, the turqouise color is nice.
I bought mine for 8$ on ebay and it's worth it for that.

so the radar circle only displays animation? no analogue time? The watch is supposed to show 2 time zones. No prob for my two incoming...I removed the text on my Casio AE1200
Glad the turquoise blue light looks cool! I might switch out the bracelet for leather....

I don't have any hope that it shows current time in stw and/or cdt mode doesn't it? Anyway, is the cdt configurable for 24 hours with one second increments?

So SMKEI copied the general shape of the AE1200 but simplified modes. I can live that that (2 still to arrive), for the cheap price. Thanks for the information

I just got the olive green on green strap. After I spend a few days with it, I intend to do a full side by side with the AE1200.

Here is the black model (orangy tint is reflection of my jacket). Best feature is the size of the day and digits. Forget it is not a world timer like the CasioAE1200 and you will like the SKMEI. (for the cheap price
