I have this one craving in my brain to make a watch. I see people making them from premade movements i guess you can say. But i want to make a movement from scratch. Doesn't have to be anything complicated just seconds, minutes and hour. I really like the open design of Richard Mille watches. So if possible could someone show me the way to make this. By that i mean give me a few tips.

You need a lot of specialized training and tools to actually make a movement. Do you mean assemble a movement? Either way, it takes a lot more than just getting some tips...

Sounds like you have the basic knowledge to do it then. I know there's some ppl on here who could help you, just give 'em time to respond. That's over my head lol.

You should read up on the theory of watchmaking. Before designing you have to calculate the gears and their ratios. Wrong ratio and your watch won't keep time at all. Before moving to actually making the whole movement you should practice making the parts by themselves.

It's a worthy goal and you should push for it. As long as it's something you really want to do. It's not going to be easy and it's probably going to take quite a while to succeed. Don't forget to keep us updated as I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to following up an interesting project like this.

Many wish to, few Start, fewer still complete.

Get a big box of patience.
Be prepared to accept perfect only. Remake anything which is not perfect.

Post pictures, post often, an audience can be motivational, as well as occasionally helpful.

I began this journey about 3 years ago.

I can make hands and dials quite well now. This is my current project. Once the case is done I start on my first movement.

Good Luck
