Hi all

Would be grateful for your suggestions as to a Mid-tier watch. These are the considerations:

1. Price of course - less than USD 2,500
2. Automatic, no quartz. i'm not wholly opposed to manual.
3. From a reputable brand.
4. A classy, dress-style watch that can be worn everyday. that means probably no gold pieces.
5. Round shape, 37mm to 41mm (max) - I have a small wrist.
6. used is fine - so long as the condition's not too bad.

Things i like:
1. blue hands
2. breguet hands are lovely.
3. textured dials.

Brands i like:
1. Jaeger (but of course that's a bit out of the budget)
2. Longines
3. Zenith
4. Habring2

No Omegas, TAGs, Rolexes, Panerais - all of that.
And sorry, no Stowas nor Nomos - I don't like the Bauhaus style, would prefer something more... fancy.

Would any of you kind knowledgeable souls be willing to assist?

(PS: There was a GP 4770 which was fetching a really good price but i let it slip! dang.)

And have a happy new year.

Baume et Mercier might have something you like, too.

B&M I will second that, but id say oris could be your best bet. Very nice 40mm dressy watches and very affordable. Artelier range would suit you well I think
