Hi guys....
I'm seeing that watch again...
military looking and rated to be WR to 200m..
and so on...
the price will be.....290$ or 180 euro...
well...

i asked some opinion some times ago here:
https://www.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=132253&highlight=kronos+sbs

now, i have some question for you...
Anyone had never opened that watch?
It's a true eta 2824-2 mouvement on the inside...
it's a good watch for the money...
what's your opinion about it...?
Or..Better..
will you consider a citizen automatic like Ny 0040 better than
this SBS Kronos?

Thanks.........

I certainly consider the Citizen one of the top VFM watches out there. :)
so you are saying that it's better for me that i will go for a citizen and not for this one...
am i right?

I would indeed go for the Citizen ... even though it is inexpensive, it is somewhat of a "classic" in its own right. No one is going to remember the Kronos 5 years down the road.

Sorry Martin (Crusader) for waisting your time....
and sorry to all you guys for my question about this italian SBS watch...
but...

i noticed that the watch that Ray sells on the bay..
the one i shown upper with Eta 2824-2 mouvement...
it is made for italian special forces too....
here on the North Eagles site (north eagles that was the old and dead
DPW a brach of Breitling in italy)...
under the name "S18G IPB" it's sold online for 230euro:

http://www.northeagles.com/cgi-bin/front_end/prodotti?cmd=cat&id=1

you can have it with automatic or quarz mouvement (like RAy watches on the bay) and in two different size....40mm and 45mm...
The only difference it's a myota mouvement instead of ETA 2824-2.....

Ahead...
Another Italian site sells them online...
this is the italian military parachutist special force site
http://negozio.folgoreshop.com/products.asp?id=4&subcatid=0

here you can find the two size watch but only the quarz powered version........

So my question is....
This watch can be like the Citizen in terms of overall construction level and water resistance?
(no one on the forum does have it or opened one of those watches??)
This "Kronos SBS italian" can be compared to Citizen quality?
Or you guys will continue to think that a Citizen eg: the NY0040
it will be better?
:-d

Thanks and sorry...
i hope my doubt will help someone like me in the future...
:-!
