I own a Yellow faced model 2004, this is a manual wind. Can anyone tell me approximately how many "winds" until fully wound? Once fully wound how long should it run? Is it possible to overwind the watch?

hi i have mine on now and i know when i fiorst got mine i was scared of the spring being over wound
it takes about 45 turns from flat
it is quite stiff after 30 but you know when its tight
you wind it clockwise and from full mine lasts all day and night.
