Moderator restriction for a newbie question.

Hi ,
I was searching for a Luminox bracelet and when found one and tried to contact the seller I've got bounced out and there was a message that I don't have the privileges . I know I'm a newbie and did not read all the rules and am sure that I'm doing something wrong . Can you guys help and educated me on what am I missing.
