more questions on Seiko sbpg001 features

I'm almost convinced by previous threads that it's time to spring for the SBPG001 or 003, but I have two questions. First, in the world time mode, does it give you multiple city choices for each zone, like some G-Shocks do, or just one representative city? For instance, and this is the one I'm interested in, for GMT +2.0 does it give you a choice of inserting Athens, Istanbul, Jerusalem, or Cairo, or does it just offer one city -- and which one? Or does it just give you a numerical value, like +2.0? And second question, how do you rate the volume of the beeper for the alarms and countdown timer? Is it loud enough to wake you from sleep, from a nap, or to get your attention in a noisy situation?
Thanks for your help and advice!

For GMT +2 you can choose either Athens or Cairo.

I can't hear the beeper on any digital watch except my Omega X-33 (80 db), so can't help you there.

Thanks, Gaigin, for your speedy reply. This is very helpful. Omega X-33, that's an attention getter, even over engine noise. Enjoy!

I'm interested in those as well. Let's hope the alarm is louder than on the only Seiko alarm movement I'm familiar with-- the 7T62. The alarm on that is so anemic it's useless. I can't here it even over normal (not loud) office noise-- and it sure won't wake up anyone. The alarm on the X-33 however will wake the dead-- or scare the crap out of you if you're not expecting it.
Here's a pic of mine:

The alarm in my Junghans Mega 1000 can wake up the whole neighborhood as well.

The alarm has an unusual warble similar to the old Nokia cell phones- louder than my GW-5000 and GW-M5600.

There are a few new negative display models this year-

Wow the gold model just screams "I'm so retro its like its 1970 again!"

Does anyone know if the bracelet on these can be removed and replaced with a strap?
