I've seen that most of Mark's Moskva sport a similarly pristine second hand. No photograph of the domed back though. Well, as anyone seen such a bowl in a Soviet watch?

PS: Why would the movement be housed in the back rather than in the actual case? Was it perhaps cheaper to bowl-shape the back than to machine a thicker case?
At any rate, I hope to be soon able to experience the feeling of the case-back on the wrist... possibly a kind of acupressure treatment.
