I've had this women's Movado watch for a long time and haven't had any luck finding out much about it and I am hoping someone on this forum can help me with that. It is square and has the stem and crown on the back of the watch. it looks like it might be from the 60's. if I can I will post pics. thanksi just tried to add a photo and was able to find it on my computer but when I clicked on upload file nothing happened.

Yes late 1950's to1960's would be my guess. Minimizing or hiding the crown was popular back then. Movement is a nice quality 17 jewel handwind. The plated case appears to be heavily worn and the dial shows spotting all consistent with the age. It appears to be larger than many womens watches of the period. Possibly 25mm.

Thanks for the info. that is about what I was thinking as well. It measures about 17mm so you are close. I haven't seen one of these from any other watch maker so I thought it was more rare.
