I`ve spotted a nice old Lanco watch for sale but it`s a non runner and apparently needs a new balance.
I`ve had a quick search on the Ranfft website but can`t seem to pin it down.
It`s possible it may not be one of Langendorf`s own calibres though.
As it has has only 15 jewels I think it may date to the 1940`s at the latest.
If I can Identify the movement then I can start trying to track down a replacement balance availability before pushing the button on it.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks fo that mkws -I`ll check it out and see what`s available spares wise.
I`m still a bit of a novice in the ID field so a modification of the bridge shapes s often enough to flumox me :0)
