I just got a G-9000 on August 8. I set it to the atomic clock then, and it has so far only gained 1 second. Today is Sept 5.

That's more then EXCELLANT. Over 31 days mine gained 7 seconds. Looks like that's about where it's going to run. It's been a little over 2 weeks now since I reset it and it's gained about 4 seconds.

How does one go about regulating a G-Shock?

Thanks

Jim
when you open the caseback, there is a tiny screw at about 11'o clock. if you turn it counterclockwise it will slow down the movement, turn it clockwise and it will speed it up. but be careful to do it with very small turns ( I would suggest 60 ° max) its quite sensitive. I had to regulate mine 3 times, till I got it right.

regards, holger
