I guess you're referring to the G-9000-3V versus the G-9000MS-1.

From what I've read, the negative display on the G-9000-3V is easier to read. The digits on the G-9000MS-1 have a reddish tint and lower contrast.

I have a G-9000-3V on JaysandKays G-9000 adapters with their 3-ring Zulu.

 

Hi Garyk, thanks for the "heads up" on the difference between the two negative displays. I wasn't aware of it.
I can only seem to get hold of the green version of the g9000 3v in UK at mo, unless I'm willing to pay double and upwards.:-((. It's going to be my new beater for fishing and greenlaning etc, so wanted cheapish but still good looking. Lol.
They do look nice on those ZULU's tho don't they. Can only seem to get them from USA as well. Jay and Kay's sure do some nice stuff tho. Will get bull bars as well when I finally decide which to get.

LoL. Me too now that I've got it.

 

Here is what i did, switched bodies from green to black so i could have a positive screen green G-Shock then got Jay and Kays G9000 adapters with a 2 piece green ZULU in 22mm and I love it.

Not quite sure what u mean tho???.... Does that mean I can adjust from - to + display by just changing the case?? I'm new to these things so just presumed you had to change the module?? Thingmy Bob??

Gona get bullbars, adapters and ZULU's for it and also the same for my 5600. Trouble is can't seem to find direct link to Jaysandkays and the bay.co.uk doesn't seem to pull them up anymore??. :-((
