i believe mushroom brand Viceroy was just advert watch for cigarettes brand, like Camel, Kent and other "gift watch for 5 packs..." lol
nevertheless good eyes for the "mushroom" watches

I like some of the mushroom brands.

I have several Louis Bolle watches, and they are really nice. A watchmaker wrote on an Ebay forum that he believed the Louis Bolle movements to be copies of (from memory) 60s Seiko movements. I have no idea what the origins of the movements are for sure, but I know this much: I have had them for over a year and they have kept accurate time.

I was disappointed with Kronen and Sohne.

I think Stauer makes decent watches.

You can find really nice looking mushroom brand watches with functioning complications for a fraction of the price of Swiss watches. The quality varies dramatically; they might not last long, but they are fun to own while they last.
