The BX had a very nice sale and I think it is still going on. I pulled the trigger on a Big Crown Pro Pilot day/date 44mm watch. I was daydreaming about a day/date watch and have been pondering Oris for quite some time. So I was initially admiring a pointer date bronze watch but this watch interested me and here we are. I liked the open back so I can look at the movement, the larger dial looks nice on my larger wrist, the strap with the latch that looks like an airline seatbelt latch was pretty cool, my wife even liked that touch, the reeded edge around the crystal is a nice touch too. Overall it is a very nice looking watch. Heck it even keeps good time.
